Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Speed Post.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The Juices are shipped within 1-2 days after purchase. All orders are carefully packaged for shipping and this is included in your shipping cost. You will receive tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipping. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the juices are received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the juices in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. We are not responsible for any lost and abandoned packages. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided. Please ensure a secure shipping location is provided at checkout.

Currently we deliver for addresses in Mumbai, Pune and Goa. While placing the order, we request you to provide the following details: - Name - Detailed Address with Flat no – Society Name – Bungalow Name – Road – Street – Pin code – City – State – Contact Numbers with an alternate – Landmarks - Email address.

Once the order is confirmed, you shall receive an email shortly for the confirmation. The delivery will be made only on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The Agencies shall attempt the delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer will have to contact the courier agency and accordingly pick up the package. We shall consider the order as “delivered” if:

  • Delivery failure due to wrong address registered.
  • Non availability of the customers at the address.
  • Premises locked.
  • Wrong phone number or Phone unreachable / switched off, when tried by the courier agency.
  • Delivery of the product at the security cabin of the building/Neighbor, based on the instructions from the customer.

In case of unprecedented situations like floods, strikes, riots, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date. You may request for cancellation of your confirmed order within 12 hours of the confirmation mail. Refunds, if any shall me made within 15 working days from the refund order.
